The method of steel reinforcement binding of civil air defense door frames

For the reinforcement binding of the door frame wall of the civil air defense door, we need to read the drawings carefully and construct in strict accordance with the drawings.

The door frame wall

can be divided into independent parts such as the side wall of the door frame, the upper retaining wall, and the threshold according to the surrounding embedding situation and the relative size of the door opening. For civil air defense protection airtight doors, explosion-proof wave suspended movable door frames, sealed door frames, and door frame wall reinforcement, the design unit should generally calculate separately and draw a detailed reinforcement drawing. During construction, the door frame wall cannot be mixed with the ordinary wall. Especially when the retaining wall on the door frame is high, a reinforcing beam should be provided at the lower edge of the upper retaining wall. The ends of the beam should anchor the structural members on both sides of the person, not hang.

According to the structural requirements, the thickness of the door frame wall should not be less than

300mm, and the inner and outer sides of the four corners of the door opening should be equipped with 8 oblique steel bars with a diameter of 16mm, and the length of each should not be less than 1m. Because the civil air defense airtight door frame wall does not directly bear the shock wave load, its steel bar is generally designed and constructed according to the reinforcement of the opening.
