In accordance with the principle of "long-term preparation, key construction, and integration of peacetime and wartime" in civil air defense and the principle of "combining peacetime and wartime use" in civil air defense engineering equipment, in order to ensure the safe and effective use of engineering equipment, the management system is as follows in accordance with the "People's Republic of China Civil Air Defense Law":

1. The XX team is responsible for the management of underground civil air defense engineering equipment, and the engineering equipment management

personnel must strictly abide by the management and use regulations of the "Civil Air Defense Law" and the company's rules and regulations on the management of civil air defense engineering equipment, firmly establish the concept of national defense and the idea of being prepared for danger in times of peace, enhance the sense of responsibility, continuously improve the level of management and maintenance, and earnestly do a good job in the management and maintenance of civil air defense engineering equipment.

2. Regularly run the smoke exhaust, exhaust, ventilation, lighting, power supply and other equipment configured with engineering equipment, and overhaul, lubricate, rust and maintain the protective facilities of engineering equipment, so that there is no water leakage in the engineering equipment, no rust in metal parts, and no decay in wooden parts, so as to ensure the normal operation of various facilities, wind, water and electricity systems and the flexible and reliable start of closed facilities at any time.

3. It is strictly forbidden to

store flammable, explosive, highly toxic, radioactive and corrosive materials in the civil air defense fortifications, and it is strictly forbidden for anyone to discharge waste water, waste gas, dump waste and use open flames into the engineering equipment, and it is forbidden to pull or connect wires and place electrical plugs at will.

Fourth, conscientiously implement the rules and regulations of parking lot management, strengthen the management and

use of civil air defense engineering equipment for garages, responsibility to people, unified planning of parking spaces, increase safety facilities and fire extinguishing equipment, improve the field traffic safety signs, signs, parking lines and lighting facilities, the implementation of unified management of vehicles in and out of the field, so that the vehicles are parked neatly, in and out of order, conscientiously implement the "three prevention" work, to prevent the occurrence of vehicle theft cases.

5. The management personnel of the civil air defense

engineering equipment shall clean the cleaning and sanitation of the site at any time, remove the waste paper and debris in the field (including the import and export channels), maintain a good sanitary environment, and irrelevant personnel are not allowed to enter the civil air defense fortifications at will.

Sixth, do a good job in the management of civil air defense engineering equipment and data, according to the classification of fortification construction projects, improve all technical data, so that unified filing, unified management, special personnel are responsible, to ensure the integrity of all technical data of civil air defense fortifications.

7. Regularly inspect the safe use of fire-proof, flood control, drainage, ventilation, power supply lines and other equipment in civil air defense fortifications every month, discover hidden dangers, rectify them in a timely manner, and report to the competent department at a higher level for investigation and punishment in accordance with the "People's Republic of China and Civil Air Defense Law" for violations of the civil air defense engineering equipment management system.
