3. According to the design requirements, pop up the azimuth line and horizontal line of the door frame. The device is carried out after passing the supervision inspection.

4. In place and temporarily fixed: after the civil air defense door is transported to the construction direction, drop the hook, put the civil air defense door on the ground, and review the door frame line, loosen the sling, and then use a large crowbar to pry, a little strength can be leveraged, the door frame can be pry to the azimuth line, temporarily fixed with a hardwood wedge, adjust the verticality of the door frame with a line dropper, adjust the front and back, left and right, upper and lower positions of the door frame according to the line, after checking that it is correct, the wooden wedge is plugged tightly, and then the anchor bar is welded on the wall reinforcement to fix.

5. Final fixation: weld the connecting iron parts on the door frame with the embedded iron parts or chiseled steel bars at the door opening by electric welding, with no less than 3 connection points on each side, and the connection is reliable.

6. After fixing, check the interval between the door frame and the reserved door opening, if the gap is large, you can properly chisel the side of the reserved hole, use concrete to repair the joints after supporting the template, hit gently, remove the template after reaching the strength, and maintain it in a timely and serious manner; If the gap is small, carry out edge sealing, closing and other plastering treatments.

7. Later device: The first method is to use the inverted chain to lift the door leaf to the door frame, use the crowbar to pry it in place, and then add the axle pin at the door shaft to fix it. After the installation is completed, it is required that the switch is flexible, warped, the fan is traveling, and the closing is not tight, and if problems are found, necessary adjustments should be made.

1. The spare parts of the civil air defense door should be put into storage to prevent loss.

2. When stacking the door leaf horizontally, the inner surface should be facing down, the strip skids of the same standard should be placed on the two long sides, and the skids should not be placed at the intersection of the door leaves to prevent the door leaf from being damaged.

3. The civil air defense door leaf at the end of the device must be covered and maintained to prevent wear and tear or being knocked.
